Arella Media Applications

Welcome to Arella Media Applications ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Arella.Space and its suite of APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

API refers to the Arella.Space content aggregation API for travel, immigration, airline policy, and related services.
User refers to any individual, company, or entity that accesses or uses our API and services.
Service refers to all offerings provided by Arella Media Applications, including but not limited to API access, content aggregation, and related functionalities.

Use of Service

You agree to use the API and related services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or misuse our API.
You must register for an API key to access our services and are responsible for safeguarding it.
We reserve the right to limit or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: Limited access to API endpoints is provided for testing and development purposes.
Paid Plans: Different pricing tiers apply based on usage, request volume, and additional features. Fees are outlined in our pricing policy.
Billing & Payments: Payments are processed via a secure third-party provider. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Data and Content

Our API provides real-time and aggregated content for travel, visa, immigration, and airline policy.
Accuracy Disclaimer: We strive to keep content updated, but we do not guarantee that the information is always current, accurate, or complete.
Users are responsible for verifying all API-provided content before making business or travel decisions.
We hold no liability for any errors, omissions, or outdated information retrieved via the API.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and API architecture belong to Arella Media Applications and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users do not acquire ownership of any API-related materials.

Service Availability & Limitations

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API without prior notice.

Termination

We may terminate API access immediately if there is a violation of these Terms.
Users can terminate their subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable.
Any unauthorized or illegal use of our API will result in termination and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Arella Media Applications is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from API usage.
We are not responsible for any disruptions, inaccuracies, or third-party dependencies.
Users assume full responsibility for any business or travel decisions made using our API.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before legal proceedings.
